Welcome to Andrea’s

Cost Estimator

Andrea’s Kitchen Cost Estimator is a simple way to get a realistic starting point for your kitchen renovation. Every kitchen project is unique, but by answering a few quick questions about the size of your space, the level of construction involved, and the type of build you’re envisioning, we can provide a personalized estimate to help guide your planning.

It’s Easy! Let’s Get Started

Step 01: Choose Your Size

Not sure? Choose the larger size for a more realistic estimate.

small size

Fewer than about 12 cabinets A compact, efficient layout. Typically a galley, small L-shape, or single wall. Little or no island.

Small
small size

About 12–19 cabinets The most common kitchen. Usually includes an island and multiple cabinet runs. May have one floor-to-ceiling pantry or appliance cabinet.

Medium
small size

About 20–25 cabinets An expanded kitchen with a generous island, usually seating for 3+, multiple cabinet runs, and often more than one floor-to-ceiling cabinet.

Large

More than about 25 cabinets. An expansive layout with multiple zones — large or double islands, multiple floor-to-ceiling cabinets, and often additional prep or entertaining areas.

Step 02: Choose a Construction Level

Basic

All of your existing materials, cabinets, countertops, flooring, sinks, and faucets, are replaced in their current locations without opening a single wall. Your kitchen's layout stays exactly the same, which keeps the project efficient and straightforward. Best for homeowners who love their kitchen's flow but everything in it needs a refresh.

I Need Basic Construction

Minor

Your kitchen gets new everything, and this time we're opening things up a bit. Minor construction includes work behind the walls: adding new outlets, upgrading lighting, patching or extending drywall, and making small adjustments to where fixtures sit. The overall layout stays close to what you have, but with the flexibility to fine-tune it.

I Need Minor Construction

Significant

Significant construction involves relocating plumbing, electrical, or gas lines, removing or adding non-load-bearing walls, and reconfiguring the footprint of your kitchen, like adding an island or opening up to an adjacent room, and typically includes new recessed and undercabinet lighting.

I Need Significant Construction

Major

Major construction often includes removing load-bearing walls, adding secondary appliances, extra sinks, pot fillers, and other specialty fixtures. Extensive lighting upgrades, custom carpentry work, and the addition of new gas, water, or electrical systems are all common at this level. This is for homeowners who want to completely rethink how their kitchen looks, functions, and feels.

Step 03 Choose a Build Quality

Entry Level

We offer very limited selections considered entry level. For the most realistic ballpark estimate, please select Standard quality.

Standard Build

Well-built cabinetry in a curated selection of door styles and finishes. You won't find the same breadth of options as higher tiers, but what's available is thoughtfully chosen and built with quality in mind. Typically paired with luxury vinyl flooring, laminate or value-priced granite countertops, and functional fixtures.

A smart choice for homeowners who want a meaningful upgrade with a straightforward selection process.

Choose Standard

Premium Build

Semi-custom cabinetry with a wide range of door styles, finish options, and configurations, giving you more flexibility to tailor the kitchen to your space and taste. At this level you can expect solid and sturdy construction features, more refined detailing, and a broader palette of finishes than standard lines offer. Typically paired with mid-range quartz or granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, tile or engineered wood flooring, and fixtures from well-known brands.

The most popular choice for homeowners who want a kitchen that feels designed, not just remodeled.

Choose Premium

Luxury Build

Higher-end semi-custom to fully custom cabinetry with the greatest range of sizing, door profiles, finishes, and specialty storage options. The cabinet line itself becomes part of the design statement. Typically paired with high-end quartz or natural stone countertops, full-height stone backsplash, porcelain or hardwood flooring, and premium fixtures including designer faucets, luxury sinks, and thoughtful amenities such as pot fillers, prep sinks, or other built-in specialty features.

For homeowners who want every detail of their kitchen to feel intentional and elevated.
